I pun cari recipe kuih apam jugak, tapi ter stop kat sini… nak share cite sikit.. my mum pun macam tu jugak, klu boleh macam2 nak bagi makan. But i terfikir jugak, masa i kecik2 (baby) dulu my mum do the same thing ke.. ? may be we can ask them to share story with us. tak kesah la my mum or my mother-in-law, mungkin mereka ada cerita menarik time kita kecik2(baby)… hemmm i know, my mum know me much better… i still sihat..ahamduliallah… i love u mum..

I was looking for kuih apam recipe…and ur blog came up. Lucu lah baca cerita u…complete dengan melodrama. Just to share, my baby daughter had an abundance of saliva to share and she’d drool all over the place. And a “kind” neighbour told my mom that the cure was to feed the baby kuih apam! So nak tanya nih…ur baby stopped drooling tak lepas disuap kuih tu? Mungkin ur MIL dah plan kut?…hehehehe

I pernah dengar my aunt told her daughter off when my poor cousin freak out to see her mom fed her child with kuih:

Jawapannya:

“Alah, nenek awak dulu suap kuey kat kitaorang (all her siblings) masa umur 4 bulan ok je. Sampai hari ni semua hidup lagi. kuih tu lembut tak de tercekiknye, awak pulak yang lebih-lebih”

We all yang dengar hanya mampu ternganga and look at each other.
SPEECHLESS!

and the 4 mth old little cucu looked like he really enjoy the kuih…
