Rafa one day came to his Daddy and told him that, “Daddy, Rafa nak coklat bibak..”
Of course Daddy went, “Haa? nak apa?”
“Nak coklat berak!”
Eh… budak ni nak makan coklat ke nak berak ke, ke dia berak keluar coklat ke apa?
“Rafa nak apa, Rafa?”
“Rafa nak COKLAT BERAKKKKKKK”
He pulled his Daddy to the fridge, made him open it and pointed at… Hershey’s Kisses.
I will now never look at Hershey’s the same way again…
Although Rafa can speak a few words since he was just a few months old, he made a real significant improvement in his speech development after his 3rd birthday. Basically, he starts properly talking at age 3! And the first 3 years of his life was a bit nerve-wrecking for me, because he hardly speaks anything but gibberish.
But when he finally does, Rafa speaks slowly, word by word very clearly and extremely cute! I am so relieved but now comes the phase when talk and talk and ask endless question, you wish they would keep quiet.
Like my husband would say, dulu nak sangat Rafa bercakap, bila dah cakap tak larat layan! haha
