Last Saturday we went to Sg Buloh to buy flower pots and check out more nurseries that offer grass planting service. Azman bought some nice pots that he uses to contain water and grows kiambang plants. It’s really nice unlike the grass planting service, still the cheapest of Philippines grass including the planting service costs RM3.50 per sf so our 800sf x RM3.50 = kekurangan helaian baju raya Mummy tahun ini! Mana aci kan?

Anyway while we were pots and plants shopping, we stumbled upon an aquarium where Miki insisted to buy a fish. Lucky enough he picked the cheapest of the bunch – a Fighting Fish that costs RM2.00. Fighting Fish aka Ikan Laga is cute eh? Sayang a few of them couldn’t be kept in the same aquarium, else they would make quite a pretty sight to look at.

And owhhhh.. doesn’t Miki love his little fishy…. He understands now that fishes doesn’t need to be fed every 15 seconds but his main worry is that the fish gets lonely!! Boleyy??

He keeps carrying the little fish bowl around the house very carefully because he knows what Darla did was extremely evil. So when he comes inside, little fishy also has to come inside and when he is out playing in the garden, lil fishy must be getting lonely in the house, maka diangkutlah mangkuk ikan itu merata-rata…

Fighting Fish

One thing he did that I really cannot tahan was last night when we were going to bed. Miki knew so well he couldn’t bring the fish to bed with him so in case Lil Fishy gets bored, Miki lend him some toys! Boleyyy camtu?? *pengsan*

Check out Patrick Star, a Spongebob toy gun, a Pea Shooter, a tiny elephant key chain and last but not least a story book arranged closely around the fish bowl.

When asked what was he doing, “Nanti Fishy ni takde friend!” Miki answered with much concern.

Apa-apa jelah Miki, janji ko bahagia, tak penah Mummy tengok lagi orang bela ikan siap mainan dan buku cerita. Mungkin ikan laga ko tuh genius. Sabar kan je lahh..

To all my Muslim friends, Selamat Menyambut Ramadhan and Selamat Menjalankan Ibadah Puasa.

I have been waiting for almost 5 years to withdraw money from Paypal directly into my bank account. About 3-4 years ago, I almost considered taking risk as other Malaysian active Paypal users by registering with US account.

By the time I already decided to open a US account in year 2007, Paypal allowed us to withdraw PayPal money to credit card, debit card, or prepaid cards. That sent us rushing into opening Al-Rajhi account that offered Debit Card and also Public Bank Debit Card. But… the fee was still considered high. USD5 per transaction is too much for most of us.

But, yesterday after reading the news at TheMalaysianInsider, I found out that Paypal already accept Malaysian Ringgit and we can withdraw our Paypal money directly into our Malaysian Bank account for FREE if the transaction higher than RM400 and only RM3 per transaction if lower than RM400.

This morning I give it a try and everything worked fine. This is how to withdraw Paypal money to Malaysian Bank account.

After login into your Paypal account, go directly to “Withdraw” tab. Then, you can choose either withdraw to your bank account or withdraw to your card. Click at withdraw to your bank account and notice that it took 2-3 business days to process PayPal to Bank transaction.

After that, fill up your bank information and add your bank account with Paypal. For MEPS Bank Routing Code, you can click at Details and copy your bank routing code and paste it inside the box.

After adding your bank account, fill up the amount that you would like to withdraw in the next page and click continue.

In the next page, you can send the total amounts in Malaysian Ringgit based on latest exchange rates.

Click Submit and wait for another 2-3 business day!! Go to your bank ATM and.. buat la apa yang patut!! Takkan tu pun nak ajar. hehe!

I already used Paypal for almost 5 years now and I believe it is very secure and safe. This should be a very good news for all Malaysian selling stuff online. You can enable your online mall to accept credit card for free now through Paypal and you can now start selling internationally.

For online merchant that still doesn’t have Paypal account and interested to make your online store accept Paypal payment, register now.

Diyanazman also decided to open our own online mall soon. Tuuunnggguuuu…

This blog has been suspended again by the webhosting.. and this time I give up!! Those suckers@Malaysi******* keep blaming us and they said that we received too much visitors that cause their server always down. What wrong with having many visitors??

Then… they asked us to upgrade our service to semi dedicated server that might cost us RM250/month. Hahahaha..Crazy!! On the day they said we are having too many visitor….is the day we actually had the lowest visitor count in the past 1 month!! Sound fishy huh??

We refused too upgrade and they also refuse too unsuspended our blog!! So… we decided to change hosting. We have got enough of Malaysia******!

Change webhosting wasn’t as easy as I thought. We have already been using the same hosting for almost 3 years and the database are so huge!! After doing full backup via Cpanel, the size of database already about 2.5GB. How can I upload such a huge files to a new server?? How long would it takes?? Our internet was quite slow and I don’t think that I could complete the file transfer in 1-2 days. It might cause us almost a week to complete it!!

You want to know how?? I am going to share the experience with you.

I would like to separate this diyanazman blog & manutd blog into 2 different domains. So, I decided to sign up with 2 different webhostings. The best that I can fine is HostGator because they offered FREE transfer service.

Below were the steps that I take..

1.	Sign up with new webhosting then asked for their DNS nameservers.
2.	Contact previous webhoster/registrar that hosted diyanazman.com domain and asked them to change the DNS nameservers to a new nameservers. Then, asked them to unlock the domain and request an Authorization Code from them as the confirmation of releasing the domain to a new registrar.
3.	After changing DNS nameservers, it took less than 24 hours for the domain name to ‘propogate’ or be usable throughout the internet. However..sometimes it might took up to 48 hours.
4.	Request full backup link from old hosting.
5.	E-mail to new hosting support, attached the backup link and request them to do all the backup restoration. Hosting likes HostGator will do everything for free. However, make sure you used the same username and password during registration with new hosting for easier restoration.
6.	Wait for them to complete the backup restoration process that took less than 24 hours. EASY!!

Transfering manutd.diyanazman.com to new domain themanutdfan.com;

7.	Register with another webhosting for Manchester United Fan In Malaysia blog and also new domain – themanutdfan.com. Make a fresh installation of WordPress.
8.	Create SQL database backup from diyanazman.com domain. Go to Cpanel > Backup > Download SQL database
9.	Transfer all “wp-content” in manutd folder of previous hosting into new hosting using FTP.

This is how to restore SQL database;

10. Login into your WordPress blog and select the same themes that you last use for the blog.
11.	Go to Cpanel > phpMyAdmin. Click at the SQL database for your WordPress blog.
12.	Check all & Drop all the tables.
13.	Go to “Import” tab. Upload the backup SQL database.
14.	That’s all! Yeahhhh…

If you have problem with downloading or uploading your SQL database, the easy way is to login into your old WordPress admin.
Go to Tools > Export > Download Export File
Then.. login into new WordPress admin in new domain.
Go to Tools > Import > WordPress > Browse and Upload the file from above step.
Easier but its only import the posting!! Settings and everything must be done manually one by one.

After 2 days…everything is DONE and both of our blogs were UP again…

Today is Diyana’s birthday. I didn’t buy anything yet for her birthday and still looking for something that she might like it and hopefully it didn’t end up as all her previous birthday gift from me.

I am really bad in planning things.. so she should not expect any surprises from me and she know it..haha.

Happy birthday to my lovely wife…I love you…and enjoy this article from BBC news;

‘Brain decline’ begins at age 27

Mental powers start to dwindle at 27 after peaking at 22, marking the start of old age, US research suggests.

Professor Timothy Salthouse of the University of Virginia found reasoning, spatial visualisation and speed of thought all decline in our late 20s.

Therapies designed to stall or reverse the ageing process may need to start much earlier, he said.

His seven-year study of 2,000 healthy people aged 18-60 is published in the journal Neurobiology of Aging.

To test mental agility, the study participants had to solve puzzles, recall words and story details and spot patterns in letters and symbols.

The same tests are already used by doctors to spot signs of dementia.

In nine out of 12 tests the average age at which the top performance was achieved was 22.

The first age at which there was any marked decline was at 27 in tests of brain speed, reasoning and visual puzzle-solving ability.

Things like memory stayed intact until the age of 37, on average, while abilities based on accumulated knowledge, such as performance on tests of vocabulary or general information, increased until the age of 60.

Professor Salthouse said his findings suggested “some aspects of age-related cognitive decline begin in healthy, educated adults when they are in their 20s and 30s.”

Rebecca Wood of the Alzheimer’s Research Trust agreed, saying: “This research suggests that the natural decline of some of our mental abilities as we age starts much earlier than some of us might expect – in our 20s and 30s.

“Understanding more about how healthy brains decline could help us understand what goes wrong in serious diseases like Alzheimer’s.

“Alzheimer’s is not a natural part of getting old; it is a physical disease that kills brain cells, affecting tens of thousands of under 65s too.

“Much more research is urgently needed if we are to offer hope to the 700,000 people in the UK who live with dementia, a currently incurable condition.”

I didn’t write any post for this blog for such a long time. Bani aka Jalan jalan Cari Pasal complaint about it a couple of times and threatened to boycott this blog if I didn’t write. So, I decide to write about my favorite band.

If you ask me about my favorite band, I will say Metallica. But the truth is, Helloween used to be the band that I liked most and the first album that I have ever bought was Helloween – “The Best, The Rest, The Rare” in 1991. The album contained all Helloween best songs such as Future World, Dr. Stein, I want out, etc.

During my school years, it’s hard to find any Metallica fan. The one that I can remember is Khairul and we called him Kirk. We always tease him with Hetfield’s way of talking because most of heavy metal fan support Helloween while the majority chose rap and pop artists such as Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer, 4U2U, NKOTB etc.

However, when Metallica released their most successful album – Black, Helloween lost their most influential vocalist & guitarist, Kai Hansen. To make it even worst, the vocalist, Micheal Kiske also left Helloween in 1993 and spell the end of Helloween. This was a changing point for me and with the influence of Metallica die hard fan, Mat Metal…. I changed my allegiance to Metallica.

As far as I know, Mat Metal has almost all hard cover books about Metallica that include their biography, history, tablature & riffs. He is a true Metallica’s fan. So, when Metallica released their latest album “Death Magnetic” in September 2008, he was the first person that I would like to seek for comment.

Shockingly, he has none. He was still frustrated with “St. Anger” album and boycott Metallica since that. Since I don’t have someone else to get comments, I just played their latest CD in my car CD player and ask Miki for his comment. This is what I got…

Yeah! I think Metallica – Death Magnetic is not bad at all. It makes Metallica sound like Metallica again. The album is Miki APPROVED!

I went to a Presentation Skills Training at work last week. At first I thought it was pretty bad. There was two trainers, one lady and a man; and somehow the man stutters a little when he first introduced himself.

I am a very bad student. I think since I was in primary school I tend to think this teacher of mine is nuts! I scrutinize my teacher’s pronunciation and general knowledge. Sometimes I pointed it out to the teacher and sometimes I don’t but either way, I must be such a pain in the ass didn’t I? Back to the presentation skills, luckily I never had any formal training on presentation so even when the trainer tend to say err.. err… sometimes when he speak, the content of his training materials make it up for his weaknesses and overall I think I learnt quite a bit of new things and benefited from the training.

At one point I wonder if I can do a public speaking training online as easy as we do our online computer training. E-learning solution is available in the form of either cd, intranet, or online training video courseware. Taking a self-study CBT training course allows us to work on our own PC or laptop when and where we want. Self-directed computer training video courses are self paced.

Zoom-Zoom is made popular by Mazda and the evolution concept behind the all – new Mazda 6. This car enhanced environmental and safety performance with more emphatic Mazda character in its design, dynamic performance, packaging and craftsmanship. Mazda adopted the following key values to embody the development concept:

1 – Emotional and Sporty Design

An engaging styling and dynamic performance creates a sense of delight and kizuna – a Japanese word that implies strong emotional ties such as those found between people – when the owner looks at or drives the Mazda 6. Its captivating, sporty styling connects with the driver emotionally. It is also 65 mm longer, 15 mm wider, 5 mm taller, with a 50 mm longer wheelbase (sedan and hatchback) for more room on the inside and one of the widest boot openings in the segment, that makes the new Mazda 6 a delight to use on a daily basis.

2 – Exclusive Experience

Exquisite craftsmanship enhances the emotional connection between the customer and the car, adding to the delight of ownership. Exquisite and high quality craftsmanship makes drivers and passengers feel good. On the outside, body gaps are greatly reduced for a look of solid quality and on the inside higher quality materials are introduced for a greatly improved premium feel. And of course the Mazda 6 is supremely comfortable, with space and features for relaxed con?dence.

3 – Insightful Package

The balance of good looks and versatile packaging brings delight to daily driving. Superb balance between engaging, sporty styling and a comfortable space. Simple, easy to use, well-thought out driver interfaces and storage space. This includes an evolution of Mazda’s Karakuri rear seat system for the hatchback and estate. Besides delivering one- touch seat-drop function from a latch in the boot panel, the system now includes an all-new boot tonneau cover for the estate that automatically moves up when the rear liftgate is opened.

Driving Dynamics

The development theme for the Mazda 6′s dynamics was “driving performance that creates oneness between the car and driver. ” This was realized by an emotionally appealing, sporty performance feel, plus handling and brake performance that respond accurately to the driver’s intentions. This was achieved by a series of new features including a new, six-point mounting system for the high- mount double wishbone front suspension , the use of electric power assisted steering for a more rigid steering feel with less transmission of disturbance from the road, lowering of the car’s coef?cient of drag (Cd) to 0.27 (down from 0.30) for the sedan and hatchback, and to Cd 0.28 (down from 0.32) for the estate, and by reducing vehicle weight despite the new Mazda 6′s larger dimensions . The solid sense of security created by the con?dent, predictable handling is central to the Zoom-Zoom evolution concept embodied in new Mazda 6.

Enhanced Engine Line-Up

A new 2.5-litre petrol engine has been developed from the previous 2.3-litre unit. The MZR 2.5 has a bigger bore and a longer stroke, plus freer-?owing intake and exhaust ports which together improve low and mid-range torque by 10 percent. Power is 170 PS. Also available are the existing 1.8 and 2.0-litre petrol engines and the MZR-CD 2.0 turbo diesel, carried over from the previous Mazda 6.

Oh stop vomiting blood already. I am just kidding!

I just realized that I have been letting myself go lately. It started around 9 months BC (Before Child) and now I think I have one too far. I haven’t seen any significant changes to my body but I bet you would agree with me that prevention is better than cure.

Well in case you are asking, I HAVE started my health keeping regime – nope, not by exercising but by surfing. The internet. Haha!

But seriously this website is good! They have diet reviews and stuff but my favourite section is of course the exercise review. I got to find out about the latest and most objective information on thousands of exercise products and programs in the marketplace. Since there are so many health and beauty products out there, how do you choose the right one for you. Everyone is different, so how do you know what is going to fit your personality, lifestyle, and assure you the results you are looking for and deserve?

Sensational.com is the largest encyclopedia of health and exercise facts. Their reviews are based on the most current information available at the time of research, and updates on reviewed products as programs change. Now that I know so much on health and beauty can somebody gimme the motivation to implement those knowledge?
