:: Tips & Tricks :: How to keep diyanazman.com updated - Firefox RSS and Live Bookmarks

I am an internet junky. I am hooked to the web since forever and I’ve started to use Firefox about 2 years ago. Before that I was surfing via IE and I didn’t even know how crappy it was till Firefox came along. Now I’ve stop using Internet Explorer.

I’m not sure if its a faster browser or safer in term of security compared to IE, but what I enjoy the most about this stuff is that it supports a lot of things and you can get many other built-ins.

So have you started using Firefox? If not…hey, why don’t you try it NOW!!. It’s free, you know!

What I like best about Firefox is that I can be kept updated of my blog ( Diyana updates her rambling craps unexpectedly sometimes, hehe ) through “Live Bookmark” by Sage RSS feed reader extension.

This browser is very easy to use and I can also check out the latest updates of any website that support RSS feed such as Soccernet, BBC News, CNN News, etc without actually going to the website. Pretty easy rite?

Here is how;

You can add the RSS feed to Live Bookmark by clicking the orange icon to subscribing to it.

The Add Live Bookmark dialog appears and you can add the “Live Bookmark” to your browser.

Then, create the bookmark into Bookmark Toolbar folder.

After you complete this, you can see orange icon appear at Firefox toolbar. So, from the icon you could have a quick peek at recent events & update with just one mouse click.

Easy isn’t it?? There is no need for you to subscribe to you fave website!..just Add Live Bookmark and you can keep updated of all your favorites blog & newsreader at all times.

Hey guys! try “Live Bookmark” Diyanazman.com now!

my opinion, IE is the worst browser in term of security.
user can hack activeX through IE and its can become backhole to go through windows & hack ur system.
i dont think its good for internet banking.??
until now..activeX is still IE main problem!
Firefox didnt support activeX because of that!!!..thats why u cant access to some website by using Firefox & u feel that its x stable..
maybe i can write more about it later!

FF is speedy but it got some memory leaking issue. And for security issues, hackers will always target the that has most market share. Till now now opera is the browser with least bugs.

i agree with you hasan. it’s not worthit to hack browser with small market share! that’s why it has less bugs!

If you don’t consider security below that scale, I guess you made your point.
