The New Old House – Before

These are the pictures of our new house. I know some of our friends have been wondering if we have moved in and the answer is no. The previous owner of the house is currently renting it from us. Taken in August 2009, the house was still owned by him and all furnitures that you can see in these pictures are not ours.
So these are all BEFORE pictures.
I think I will only be able to upload AFTER pictures sometime around Miki’s 5th birthday. I pray hard by then I will have all the funds to renovate and enhance the look and feel of this old house.
Currently Azman and I am cultivating the hair growth around our armpits area. I believe there ARE some pawnshops that would accept them. Wherever they are, I will FIND THEM!
I don’t know what to call this part of the house. Is it hallway? More like the lobby. On the left is front door.
Part of the living room. The sliding door on my left opens to the patio.
Part of dining room and part of dry kitchen. Once I pawned my bulu-bulu ketiak, I will change these flooring tiles to checkered black and white tiles. Gorgeous! I also like the small breakfast nook. I am very thankful that I bought a “second hand” house rather than fresh from developer because else I don’t think I can afford these kitchen extensions and I have saved so much on kitchen cabinets. If I were to build that from scratch, not only I have to cabut bulu I also have to cukur bulu Kokades buat benang bulu kait jadi baju.
Second part of dry kitchen. The door opens to wet kitchen/pantry. Windows open to back lane.
Upstairs family hall. Miki was running around non-stop. Need to buy toddler’s safety gate for the stairs. Sliding door opens to balcony.
Part of the garden. The previous owner has cemented a wide area of the front yard so that 3 cars can be parked inside the compound. I wish he hadn’t do that. We only have 2 small cars and I love green green grass.
Miki tak abis-abis kutip batu ke rumput tah… pastu baling dalam longkang. Budak ni pergak. Rumah skrg tak banyak rumput. Lalang banyak…

fatin, the house is NOT HUGE. only the kitchen has been extended, else it is just as ordinary as other old houses. yours in BK9 should be a lot nicer because of the new design… btw you can buy those plastic grass and create a rock garden inside..

wow!!! besar nye umah diyana ni. corner lot lagi. Kak nanie suker!! so nice especially the kitchen, very spacious. Kitchen tu kalau curtain roman blind sure cantik kan. Huuhh kak nanie suka garden tu dah ade palm tree so kalau buat landscape with air terjun atau kolam ikan kat corner tuh wow!!! eh eh akak plak yg lebih2. sory sory. Congrats to U. kami beli rumah lama. jadi pokok, rumput dah ada la sikit2… syukur gak kalau nak tanam sendiri lambat nak naik tinggi tu. saya ada tengok curtain roman blind kat kedai tapi cam mahal upah nak jahit dia, saya kena survey lagi. kalau kaknaniee tahu mana buat langsir yg affordable and cantik bgtau ye? thanks…

ada org kata kat ‘Macy’ kat ngn highway sg besi serdang nmpk jerr… tepi jln tu. kat situ reasonable juga pricenya. tapi beli masa sale ok jugak. tak taulah akak diyana suka ke tak sb akak ni janji murah, cntik but look esklusif sikit ok jerr he he he…… Klau SSF tu mahal sngt akak pun x mampu. Akak ni suka yg moden contemporary and simple dan yg termampu.
