Baked meatballs for dinner and guess what is the color of my poop poop tomorrow

Oh it sure feels like I haven’t been updating in a long-log time.

Anyway I took some pictures of our home cooked dinner tonight. You can call us pseudo-Italians already, we have pasta at least once every week, most of the time it’s beef Bolognese with chunky mushrooms, aglio olio with crispy salami and others except creamy carbonara because Azman doesn’t eat anything white. Like literally, no milk, no yogurt, no cream cheese, nasib baik nasik kaler putih tu dia bedal, kalau tidakkkk

I cook a lot of pasta because firstly the lil kiddo likes it a lot, linguine, macaroni, spiral pasta you name it, he wallop it! Secondly it is so goddamn easy to make compared to masak lomak ikan keli salai dengan terung telinjuk. Ikan keli, they just never die, ok?!

Anyway tonight we had linguine with baked meatballs.

I’m sharing this for those Mommies out there who are lazy-bum just like me. This is how I make delicious dinner in 20 minutes.

Ok, if you are not really lazy-bum but you just have limited time in the kitchen, please prepare homemade meatballs. In my case, I am a super lazy-bum with limited time that I rather spend sleeping so I bought those frozen ones.
Put them in the baking tray and throw them in the oven for 10 minutes. Temperature medium. In the mean time, start working on your regular lasagna sauce. After 10 minutes take out the tray and pour some sauce on the meatballs. If you have shredded parmesan spread abundantly on them but all I have in the kitchen in sliced cheese, so sliced cheese it is.

Put the tray back in the oven for another 10 minutes. At this point the meatballs will suck up all the great flavors from the tomatoes, herbs and seasonings. They will get all juicy and yummy!!

I need smaller baking pan haha

It is now 11.30pm and we have finally won the battle againts that little monster who would rather go bungee jumping in his birthday suit as long as he doesn’t have to sleep. While working on the codings of our online store (have you heard about that?) Azman and I are munching these crimson babies…

strawberries

I don’t enjoy fruits very much, I am more of a leafy vegetables eater. Azman devours everything as long as they are not white. However, I sure had a lot of these, dipped in Hersey’s chocolate sauce. In fact, I think I am having too much strawberries already, is my poop poop gonna be crimson tomorrow?
